The program is used to measure the time spent on planning the project.

Automatically detects which the project is opened in Delphi or C + + Builder. Balloons signals through changes in project closure / opening of the project. Requires virtually no configuration, detect the launch of the same programming environment and the opening of the project. It also allows you to combine subprojects into a single project (for example, if your application consists of several programs).

If you want to make the scheme available in your language, just the file languages.ini add a new language, translate all text into your native language, and sent me the file.
